Had a treatment with the friendly and meticulous Dr. Navin. Friendly and polite doctor and staffs, price is ok I think, more/less same with other dental clinic.
It is with great pleasure to commend this outstanding dental surgeon, Dr. Jesse, with the exemplary dental work she did on my cracked crown, which unexpectedly fell out and left a gaping hole in the back of my mouth. Not only did replace my crown with utmost skill and precision, but there was no pain during the entire process of three separate visits. Dr. Jesse worked efficiently without any wasted motion, and put me at ease with her kindness and pleasant personality. She’s also multi-lingual like most Malaysians and welcomes you like family. The cost was about 1/3 of what I would’ve paid in the U.S. and without the hassle of what my insurance covers or doesn’t cover. Have never felt so satisfied after a dentist visit and appreciate Dr. Jesse’s expertise and commitment to excellence. Special mention to Evelin who kept me updated with openings and worked me into her schedule with plenty of time to respond. She represents the professionalism of the entire Platinum Dental Api Api team.

Dr. Desmond & his team were extremely friendly, professional and takes their time in explaining what procedure needs to be done. What is necessary and what is not. I was expecting some pain from the scaling, but to my surprise, Dr. Desmond did such an amazing job that I did not feel any pain at all! I also appreciate that his team would remind me of my appointment time ahead of time so that I do not forget my appointment, very efficient indeed! All in all, great service, great Dentist, would definitely go back there, and would definitely recommend people to go to Dr. Desmond!

My teeth are regularly checked by Dr.Desmond.My good experience with his services were:Checked all teeth condition patiently and very careful, and he tried to salvage all my teeth by filling, crown, deep cleaning instead of pulling out permanently.Of course the professional costs/fees are very reasonable.That's why I strongly recommend his expertise and services provided to everyone.

Went for my first dental check up on Sunday (29.01.2023) by appointment. The Reception is friendly and Dr. Navinesh is so attentive and gentle (slight pain but no bleeding😁). Next follow-up will be in May, 2023. It's true that pain is a beauty but there's no regret as long as we have a healthy teeth and gum, right? Recommended Clinic👍

Super expensive and price isn't what they mentioned RM150 but they charge you RM180. And they charge rm40 for the ridiculous consultation fees when you only go for cleaning teeth only. After the final bill they force us to take the medicine worth RM42. Will never come back again.

Went for removing my teeth. The place was very hygienic and the procedure was painless and Dr Navinesh was friendly and patient with the procedure. Would definitely recommend.
Accessing a good dentist is hard. Finding two is rare. I've traveled across Middle East, Australia, America and UK and my tooth problems have accompanied me. Dental care is super expensive in these countries and waiting lines are long. Finding a good dentist was hard and I can finally say after many elaborate procedures (root canals, crowns, etc.) I've never had a better consult like the one I received today. It was comforting, I was treated well and the quality of service provided exceeded many other dentists I've previously been too. This is incredible and people are extremely lucky to find a friendly neighborhood dentist just right the corner with so much experience and knowledge.My many fillings and other root canals were navigated expertly to I can right now eat my favourite foods comfortably knowing that Dr. Navinesh is around. Thank you for the service. Good luck to you and your clinic.

I am quite afraid of dentist. I have been to many dentists before since I was a kid. All I can remember is pain. I wish I can stick to one dentist only since the clinic keep my teeth record but the pain makes me keep changing the dentist. Taman Fortuna branch interior is something new for me and makes me less nervous. Unlike all dental clinics I went before all look almost the same. I was very surprise with my first experience with Dr Reagan last week. I can say the pain was very minimum to no pain. He was gentel and consultation easy to understand. I am sticking with Dr Reagan for my next treatment.
Thank you Dr Jet Yong for the professional opinion and smooth procedure. He was very calm and assuring throughout the whole procedure. I would also like to thank the two nurses that was on duty (Falo and was it Ody?) They did an excellent job in comforting me during and after the procedure. I had a very tough time dealing and processing the whole thing. I'm not a big fan of needles and tooth extraction. Kudos to everyone in the clinic including the always friendly staff at reception Tamara and Jaz during my visit. Thank you once again!
