Custom Aligner Fabrication

Wear & Progress
You wear each set of aligners for 1–2 weeks, 20–22 hours per day. Progress checkups every 6–8 weeks.
Retention

Treatment typically takes 6–18 months depending on complexity. Mild cases can be as short as 3–6 months.
Yes — you simply remove the aligners before eating and drinking (except water). No food restrictions.
Clear aligners are removable, virtually invisible, and generally more comfortable, with fewer clinic visits. Conventional braces are fixed to the teeth and remain the more reliable option for complex movements. Your dentist will advise which suits your case at consultation.
Clear aligners work best for mild to moderate crowding and spacing. Severe cases may still require traditional braces. We assess this during your consultation.
